Schouest owns a large part and with what used to be a great golf course on it.

Probably a corporation. The biggest owner of agricultural land in Northeast Louisiana is a Belgian insurance company.

Per the assesors website, raceland raw sugar (the mill) owns south of 90 up to and including behind the golf course. They also own parts north of 90. There's a large chunk that abuts 90 that no info is coming up for but it's surrounded by raceland raw sugar owned land so I'd assume they own that too.

The house/business is the G.O.L. offices. A boat company and vessel broker. The land around is all commercial cane but I'm not sure who actually owns it.
