Planning to stay there for a couple of nights. Anything that I need to know that is not obvious from the internets? Recently redone, well reviewed. Looks walkable to the quarter and the warehouse district. Good rate. What am I missing?

My uncle routinely stayed there, even before the reno. It's part of the Marriott chain now. A friend from out of state stayed there in January, and he had no complaints. It's a great location. Book it.

Wife and I stayed there for a weekend last summer. Really enjoyed it. Rooms aren't huge, but nice. Easy access to the Quarter and the streetcar. Would definitely stay again.

This place must have changed a lot from back when I went years ago. It was disgusting back then.

When I go to the city that is where I usually book. I've been staying there since it was the queen and crescent (shitty). The change of ownership and renovation made it a great place.
