That's what keeps most people from doing heavy weights. They think they are going to snap.

Sumo deadlift testing weights
225x5, 315x3, 365x3, 405x2, 455x2, 475x2

Actually got up to working weight of conventional. Going to back down training max 50 to get in the rhythm.

Bent over rows
315 3x5

Kroc rows
70 3x8

Pull ups
BW 3x10

only thing that stops me is grip.
