I know one- not close to them but have good friends that are close to her. She was a dude, used to dress up at halloween, etc as wonder woman and was gorgeous. Eventually had the surgery and is a really pretty but REALLY tall woman. She was on the Tyra show at some point.

I had a dumpy middle aged fluffy headed married male geometry teacher in high school (catholic school no less) who now is a tranny. He's not pretty tho- not sure he looks any worse than he does a man tho.
