Lee was surrounded ,demoralized, few supplies , soldier desertion,etc....but he didn't 'die fighting'. Surrendered to avoid the inevitable. Davis fleeing under a woman's shawl.

No it won't.
Mitch already said he can easily get enough money to fix the streets but he won't because he'd rather use it to build water monuments dedicated to Katrina and he knows people will just complain about all the better ways to use that money

Amen brother. We need to devote all police resources to getting all these statues, which have been a black mark on the fine city for centuries, down.
