If we're talking about the same eggs (i.e., the ones he used to wipe out the engineers), he didn't. All the eggs were on the original ship in Prometheus. Now where they originally came from, IDK.

The black goo canisters were on the ship from LV223, (Prometheus).. we never saw eggs on that ship. He wiped out the engineers by unleashing the canisters, not eggs. There were eggs on the ship on LV426 (Alien) but we don't how they got there yet
