All of that makes perfect sense...but, if Mike needs a lawyer, who's he gonna call? Him and Jimmy are kinda on shaky ground as it is, so I'd have doubts that'd they be continuing their association in BB, had Jimmy ended up sending Mike elsewhere. Of course, none of this matters if Mike (or, if not Mike, maybe even someone like Nacho) doesn't need a lawyer in the next year, but if I was a betting man, I'd be leaning in the "yes, he'll need one" category, lol...

If can put aside the fact Kim will die before we get the BB...nobody ever said she would be a lawyer..the rub is that she is half of Saul.

Mike shouldn't need one in an official capacity for a while. He should keep his nose pretty clean now that he will be helping Gus. He and Jimmy seem to do each other a lot of side favors, so I am sure they will see each other often.

This could also explain why Mike hires Dan Wachsberger to handle the Cayman Island accounts for himself and "his guys."
