JBE is a fraud. Remember him talking about the budget crisis being so bad that we might have to "say goodbye" to LSU football if budget problems didn't get better?

Yet, JBE is stealing money from the disadvantaged and making the budget shortfall worse by pouring money into the nation's worst ranked nursing homes instead of using cheaper services that would keep people in their homes rather than those death traps (and he is doing so because the nursing home groups are giving him gigantic donations). The Advocate has been doing stories on this. He has almost taken as much money from nursing homes in his one year or so in office than Jindal did in 8 years. Completely opposite of what he said he would do...
