When you say you "removed pump and checked it"

Did you hook up voltage to is and watch that the imperller spun normally?

To be honest 9/10 times it is a bad pump.

It will make the noise, it will spin by hand. You power it up and it doesn't spin at the impeller.

There are a few different size pumps that all work in that space, but usually the LG pump with the wide spacing between wire terminals is the cheapest.

I've sold four LG pumps this month already. It's a common fail point. Even if it makes noise, and you check that it is visibly clear, does not mean the impeller is functioning as should.

I removed the pump completely and used a cut extension cord to power it up. It does work, But during a cycle it will never try to come on.
