That's not Comey's call. The FBI compiles evidence and sends that to US Attorney's at the Justice Dept, who decide to do whatever. If the Upper FBI Management know who is responsible for the leaks, and did not inform Sessions, they should all be termed. I would put my money on Comey as one of the leakers.

Very true, OD. And Comey presented relevant and legally damning evidence in full view of the American People in a contentious election...and then added that Hillary had no "intent" to break Law. F'r should be jailed for that atrocity alone.

The fbi can absolutely get a subpoena to question witnesses.
In reality, you had the fbi protecting the AG and the ag protecting the fbi by doing nothing. fricking criminals
