Put your brunch restaurant in a trendy (preferably open and airy) environment to afford the patrons the opportunity to gossip over who slept with who, talk shite about others not at the table, and speak of other's personal affairs.

Instead of enjoying a good meal with family and friends, people gather to gossip over poached eggs, French toast, or a strawberry salad. It has become the epitome of America's vain and narcissistic culture.
