How does spacing help him on D? He excels on D. He's not really known as a guy who can score a lot. Klay is a good defender but Steph...meh.

Yeah we had this debate on here the other day. Dray is the second best defensive player in the league, at worst. The guy can be annoying, but he is flat out a great player, nonetheless.

I didn't say he wasn't a great defender. But a team with him as your best player is probably one of the five worst teams in the league. How many other all-stars are we saying that about?
There are multiple players that aren't all-stars that are better than he is. His status is elevated significantly on the GSW.
