It is simple math, you cut Medicaid funding, raise the costs for lots of people with the new community rating, reduce the incentive for healthy people to sign up, and reduce subsidies, you end covering fewer people.
You can argue about the exact figures, but it is going to be a lot.

this bill absolutely nothing to remove healthcare from anyone. it is you who equates health insurance with healthcare. ask those poor ACA covered schmucks who have policies they can't afford to use, IF they find a provider who accepts it.
