Do you still have the old phone?
Even if you don’t, you should be able to set up 2fa on any new device with the secret key you were given along with the QR code when you first set it up. With google’s Authenticator app you just click the + sign to add an account, click on manual entry, then enter the email associated with bittrex and the secret key they originally provided. Really easy.

This is what I see on the authenticator.
I can't get into my account to scan another QR code like I did the first time.
