I usually re-heat jambalaya in a skillet, stovetop, with a 'lil bit of stock. It's really great if you let the bottom crisp up a little...

I have an idea. For the record, I have never tried it.

Try steaming it in a double steamer (pot of water on bottom, food on top). Just put a touch of water in the bottom pot. Every few minutes, open and stir. Add a little water if necessary. When heated through, drop it in the very little bit of water and toss it.

It worked in my head. :shrug:
