Correct. Also Roberts asking this hypothetical is not necessarily any proof of how he will rule.
In many instance gettin questions (even "though" ones) during your oral argument is actually a good sign. Talking to a judicial panel that is totally checked out and not engaged is when you know you are fricked.

There are like 5 people in this thread who took the time to understand what is going on with this before flipping out over what a traitor Roberts is

There is no dissent allowed toward Dear Leader (even though the original position taken was actually Obama's administration).

I don't think being mad at a supposed conservative judge for being the deciding vote for the ACA with dubious logic is entirely out of line for Republicans

Only in la la land is this considered a bad thing. FFS this country is lost

While lying about serving in an army is probably not trivial... if the wording of the clause is so incredibly broad that an agency could use it at its whim to go after pretty much anyone they want... well, none of us should be happy about the government having that at its disposal.
I have no issue with the government having strict standards in reviewing people that want to become US citizens. If you lie about anything that should be at least cause for rejection. Lying about serving in an army that was committing war crimes and was fighting with the US is certainly grounds.

Shameless Clickbait headline.
That's not what the article is really about.

Well Roberts destroyed a ton of goodwill with Conservatives and Republicans by voting twice to save ObamaCare based on dubious logic and bullshite reasoning to keep the court above politics.
When people don't trust you, they're going to jump to conclusions about you.

Correct you dumb frick, being born in America gives you a pass. That's the entire point of immigration laws. We have our own useless, lying, sorry assed citizens, we need to make sure anyone we allow in here doesn't add to that problem.

I'm an independent that hates the Clinton's. I did vote for Bill long ago.
If you aren't a liberal, not a conservative and not a libertarian what are you? Just a lonely wanderer alone in the woods?
ETA: You just told me you were a libertarian this week IIRC. Did you just change?
