of the 30 votes they were short last go around, it was at least half moderates that were solid nos.

They need less than 23 moderates to flip to pass it, I think that is probably doable.

the senate will be a problem though.

It sounds like a few moderate naysayers but I would hope they have the votes to move forward.

Would this bill still be like the old one with the 3 step phase where they can pass it with a simple majority due to some loophole
