Why is a career 31% 3pt shooter taking 7 of them a game? He should be averaging 3 a game. It's as if he has no awareness of his limitations. If he can't even assess himself honestly how can he properly assess the capabilities of his teammates? He's the PG, that's his job.

Thunder are 26-12 when Russ has a usage rate below 40%. They are 20-22, when he's at 40% or above.
Team was MUCH better when he was less involved.
