I mean, I'm against anchor-babying, but you pretty much HAVE to let the parents stay in that case. I say ship them all back to whence they came, but separating them is both fricked up AND will probably end up costing taxpayers more in the long rum.
ETA: "Long rum" = "long run." I'm actually drinking whiskey, so no excuse.

the real question is, why would we want a scumbag that doesn't care about his family enough to keep them with him here in the USA?
frick them, they would leave their children? poor moral quality people like that have got to go
