I don't disagree. Very different when it's spontaneous like that vs going to a point on a map to find an object for the sake of checking collectibles off a list

I put the game down for a bit, but from what I gathered from other players and reviews, a lot of the backstory, the underground facilities and whatnot, was interesting stuff. I obviously need to see for myself.

I agree with the side quests. They feel empty and meaningless other than leveling up but a few have been fun and enjoyable such as the osram junkyard village or the signal at the top of the mountain allowing nice machines.

I disagree with everything else though. Like already stated if you don't like them don't do them. I pick and choose my side quests depending on if they interest me and the corrupted zones are fun when I'm just looking for a fight. I also enjoy grabbing the metal flowers and bank collectibles
