0-Care is literally the only campaign promise he fulfilled, and it's on the way out collapsing under it's own weight of incompetency, just like his presidency did.

Just off the top of my head.
In fact the only one this IS, is Obama care and it seems that has bipartisan support of the pigs at the trough.
