Get out of here. Sometimes a little fat is needed on a burger. What destroys the taste of a good burger is ketchup. Don't get me wrong, occasionally I'll put Heinz on one, but that's if it's the pre-made, frozen patties. On a hand made and properly seasoned burger, mustard and a little mayo
