You can catch Del Frisco's in most major cities. And that isn't a knock against them. Del Frisco's is excellent.
However, you can't catch Hugo's Cellar anywhere else (I think).

I've never been to Hugo's Cellar, but I agree with WC. Try it out. You can get Del Frisco's all over but you can't always find an old school Vegas joint that gives a rose to all the women patrons.

Never been to Hugo's, but del friscos is one of the 2 or 3 Best steakhouses I've ever been to, and I've been to a lot, in almost every major city.
That said, del friscos is a chain and not exclusive to Vegas.
