Rizzo Sale Machado (though he didn't play for the US in the WBC) off the top of my head

California Texas and Florida would have the three deepest pools of talent to pull from in that order I think but I haven't looked at it

You can use the U.K. for an example in international soccer
The U.K. Doesn't play as a country
England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland have their own teams
