Do they really sell that much Canebrake that it hinders their production of other beers? I only know of one person here in the NOLA area in my group of friends that drinks it, and every time I'm at a bar I consistently hear orders for Envie. Is Canebrake bigger in the Lafayette area? Or do that many girls drink it?

profit margins on canebrake are no doubt wider, canebrake drinkers don't care about bottling date, and hop contracts effect brewing schedules.
