Just read about this and it's awful. Of course she actually moved the ball but its ridiculous that her score is changed a day later and in the middle of the round.
What makes this unfair is that there isn't a camera on every other player at the same time, so the situations aren't the same for all golfers. The USGA/PGA/LPGA need to set a blanket rule that that the penalty can only be assessed during that hole. There are enough rules officials tagging along to make sure the round is adequately judged. What happened today coupled with what happened during the US Open last year is silliness.
