Literally nothing like normal mouth wash. Keeps your breath in check for a whole day. I have terrible sinus issues so it's nice to have.

It oxygenates your mouth or some kind of shite. It's only like $8 a bottle

ETA: it doesn't have alcohol or anything like that. It's on a different level compared to listerine and other crap

I'm 41. Could use this from time to time. Missus tells me I have dark circles occasionally, used to slot, less lately.

Depends on my lifestyle at the time.

It's s cheap on Amazon. I use it every day. Try it out and see if it works on you
