I've only played RE7 for a little while (Didn't get past the Mia fight) but I'm not liking the controls. It's cool how you can look in a direction and your view changes and you now move in that direction. The problem is if I'm making a right or left turn I have to keep looking that direction which is uncomfortable or use the right joystick which jumps 30 degrees at a time which I find annoying. I'm going to check out Rush of Blood and see how I like that but for those that tried it how long did it take to get used to the controls in RE7? I feel like I wouldn't be able to play as well with the way the controls operate.

You can make it so rotation is smooth as opposed to jumping 30 degrees at a time.

Ditch the rotation. I found that more disorienting than the motion sickness with smooth controls.

I just played again after not touching VR for a few months and I was surprised I didn't have any motion sickness issues.

I figured I would need to get used to it again, but I didn't have too.

Turn that off in options. Make it smooth.
