Then blame spring breakers from the '80 and '90s.

Kids arent doing much more than has always been done.

It's one thing to bemoan the culture overall. Or to complain about how trashy it is for the areas affected.

But Hannity's hell in a handbasket routine on Spring Break is one of the highlights of spring, IMO.
