What other thing can match the military dollar for dollar? That's stupid, it's like saying cut it by percentage , 100% art for 100% military

No. I'm saying if you cut $60B in military spending, Democrats wouldn't agree to $60B in cuts in the entire rest of the budget. And the stalemate lives on.
