How many people have used them? How good is their work? I see them advertised all over but just saw them in my neighborhood for the first time and it made me wonder how well they do and the cost of foundation repair.

What type of foundation problem do you have?

Don't know anything about these two companies... BUT, good for you to try and vet them. I am going through CONTRACTOR HELL with a bullshite artist here in the Austin area.
Dude... I mean this with all sincerity... go visit one of their recent job sites; you're making a smart move asking on TD; take out a subscription to Angie's List...
Believe me, you don't want to live through (or pay for) what my wife and I are living through.
So here's my question, can anyone recommend a good attorney in the Austin area that can go after a contractor that is doing shoddy work, has my money, and is on the 4th month of a job that should have easily been completed in 3 weeks?!
BTW... I have EXCELLENT photo and email evidence to back me up.

I don't have a foundation problem but I'm curious what my neighbor is having done and how much it costs. Doesn't seem like insurance will cover that, they just had a baby and put in a pool. I see WCK all over town but never known anyone who used them so it got me thinking

I've used WCK on my raised house. Do pretty good work, and aren't to bad on price.

My parents used WCK in the BR area. They were happy with work/price. The repairs were 10+ years ago and still happy.

I have also wondered this, I am considering getting some foundation work done.
I have a detached garage that has severely cracked concrete and is sinking.

What did you pay? or at least what did you pay per SF, if you don't want to share exactly what you paid? I really have no idea what ballpark a foundation repair would be in.

I'd recommend WCK as well.

I used WCK. They did notch work and fair pricing. Very happy with them

I think it was somewhere close to $2,000 for them to come and level the house after the flood. I'm also having them come back to replace a sill and do some more lifting.

Thanks, that's actually a lot cheaper than I thought it would be.

Did they have to do any regrading or just jack the house?

Give Innovative Foundation Repair a call, they been doing it 10+ years and would bet money they will do it for less than anyone else you call. I know several people around LA that have used them and everyone has been happy with the work.

This. I used them for my raised foundation and they worked out great. The guy told me that access to the problem is what determines the price. I have 36" clearance under my house so it was easy for them.
