Phuck party loyalty. How about congress passed a bad but well intentioned law with the ACA and now congress needs to either repeal it or fix it. People playing politics is why we have bad bills/laws to begin with.
Yes, Trump and the congressional republicans ran on fixing our healthcare system. Yes they have the responsibility to correct bad laws that were passed previously

No Congress was sent to repeal it. Obama was still pres at the time
