We're staying in a house on the south side of the island off Turtle Tail Drive. Will do a few meals at home, but this will give us a few good suggestions

Good idea. I like that area.
Caicos Cafe and Coco Bistro are can't misses, IMO. Hopefully you enjoy them as much as we have.

If you want to eat at Coco Bistro you need to call for reservations tomorrow. And pray.
Bay Bistro is a great recommendation. It's fantastic.
ETA: there's plenty to do. A day trip to Middle Caicos via the ferry to North Caicos should be high on your list.
