Downtown Development probably can't wait until the new power brokers force through a rap night. That sort of event will really lend itself to more business and residents moving downtown.

Everyone knows that having large groups of people hanging out, fighting, and harassing others on the street while not spending money is the key to attracting business.

This is exactly what 3rd Street needs...a good shooting. Nothing like it to get the money flowing. The rap show will be as white as 4th of July in downtown these days, I'm pumped.
