Let's talk male falsetto lead singers

Opinions are just that. Generally speaking I'm not a fan of male falsetto singers but I have liked or grown to like some while there are others others that are dang near like listening to fingernails on a blackboard:
Like:
Michael Jackson
Marvin Gaye
Pharrell Williams
Steve Perry
Brian Wilson
Roy Orbison
Timberlake (though not a big fan)
Dislike:
Robert Plant (sacrilegious, I know. What would a Zepplin song sound like with a tenor)
Barry Gibb
Aaron Neville
Shoot me again - Freddy Mercury. I know. He's a genius.
Axl Rose
Geddy Lee (great musicians, great songs, but that voice)
Prince is hard one. Of this group I like him the best but there are times his voice is grating.
And then in a group of his own - Brian Johnson. As much as I like AC/DC that's only because the music is so good while the vocals have to be virtually ignored.

King Diamond is the GOAT falsetto singer

Dislike:
Robert Plant
Barry Gibb
Freddy Mercury
Axl Rose
Steve Perry
Mickey Thomas (Starship)
The guy in Boston
Anybody in AC/DC
A league of his own:
Geddy Lee
I don't just hate his voice, I find it absolutely comical. That people can listen to him without laughing baffles me.

How could anyone not like Robert Plant's voice? He is arguably the greatest rock lead singer of all time.

Many of the singers you named don't sing in falsetto very often

"Falsetto" and guys that can sing high notes are two very, very different things.

Totally agree. I was actually trying to come up with some category like high pitch or soprano but just settled on falsetto.

Just go with Tenors, mang. I think that's what you're getting at.

His voice was not pompously bombastic. His crotch shots were. He stuck his "lemon" in the faces of a thousand front rows.

Sopranos are girls. (Cue the ironic music.)
Jon Anderson of Yes is commonly mistaken for singing falsetto, but he never uses it. He described himself thusly:
"I'm an alto tenor and I can sing certain high notes, but I could never sing falsetto, so I go and hit them high."
Falsetto is a very distinct thing, and no one who uses it sings in it all the time.
