They change pretty much weekly so if you think the $227 is a good price for each of you I'd book it. With southwest the benefit is that if you see the price go down, you can reprice your exact same itinerary and get a credit.

Example: Your flights are $101 on the way there and $126 on the way back as of current. Next week let's say you are looking and your exact same flights are now $75 on the way there and $126 on the way back.
