Heard someone say today that Radiohead is the best band to never have a line up change..

I'm not that educated on the band as far as their early days, but would you agree? If that is true, it's hard to deny that they have achieved a lot.
But if not them, who would you list?

I don't know about best (I know nothing about Radiohead) but I FINALLY thought of a band that qualifies:

I concede that Radio is probably the best band formed in Oxfordshire in 1985 - beyond that - whole lot of "meh" - other than OK Computer (and I do kind of like Creep).
