Does anyone know of any good places to eat or drink in St Louis? I'll be staying around Busch stadium next week. TIA.

In the Downtown area, my favorite place is Bridge: LINK About 50 taps, great wine selection as well. Fun to hang out at the bar, or you can have dinner upstairs if you're looking for date night ambience.
Just around the corner from there, and in the same family of restaurants is the more casual burger place Range: LINK Also a bunch of taps, really good burgers.
Across the street from Range is a neighborhood bar called Jack Patrick's (no link). Hole in the wall place that my buddy works at on Fridays and some Saturdays.
Near downtown in Soulard is a ton of restaurants and bars. 4 Hands brewery is there as well: LINK They have a lot of good beers and their upstairs bar has free skee ball and arcade games.
Of course there is Ballpark Village near the stadium, it's nice to look at, but overpriced.
If you want more specific recs, like type of food, etc, just ask. There are a ton of great places.

This is a great starting point for me.
What about pizza places? I'm always game for a pizza.
Thanks again, I really appreciate it.

If you are a beer fan you need to go to Perennial Artisan Ales and also here Side Project Brewing

Thanks. What about the Lupulin Carnival? Is that worth going to?

Downtown there is a Pi Pizza location in the old Mercantile Exchange building. LINK A little expensive, but it's good Chicago Style pizza.
Let me think of some others nearby to downtown that have different pizza styles.

I'll add 4 Hands Brewing and Urban Chestnut to the list of great breweries.
As for BBQ I've heard good things about Bogarts and The Shaved Duck. If you're looking for a cheap meal check out Imos Pizza.

This year will be a bit different than in the past, they're doing the carnival in Union Station this year. That should help with the issues they've had in the past with getting people into the event in an orderly and quick way. And the space will be much bigger. I just hope there will be adequate restrooms.

Also, if you're looking to see other parts of the city, that opens up more opportunities for recommendations. I was trying to stay within the downtown area.

Mama Toscanos is good for authentic ravioli. Felix's is a good pizza spot.

I like Felix's quite a bit. New York style pizza. You can get a huge slice for cheap if you get a draft pint. They've got a good tap selection as well.
Right next door to them is Heavy Riff Brewing, one of my favorites in the city.
Both of these places are on Clayton Ave in Dogtown, just across Hwy 40 from Forest Park. It's probably about a 10 minute drive from downtown.

I'd go to Pi for pizza (not St. Louis style) and Pappy's or Bogart's for BBQ...if the weather is really nice, Charlie Gitto's on the Hill is a great place to sit on their courtyard patio and have some pasta.

Broadway Oyster Bar
Near the stadium, live music, Louisiana flair, worked there while on a break from LSU, first time I ever heard Dash Rip Rock. I got to be their tambourine girl.
All around fun place.

Chicago pie in STL?
To the OP, Soulard is a great area close to you (couple minute cab or Uber) to bar hop and grab some food.
