What will be funny is all the neighbors will complain about finding used needles, beer cans, and trash on the sidewalk, late night parties, and unusual characters hanging out. The people who support the program will swear that the problems are exaggerated, and that the neighborhood is just the same as it used to be.

The liberals who are invested in the program will swear by it and everyone else will hate it. It will be just like the debate over refugees in Sweden.
