If that's all you guys expect from him you're going to in for a pleasant surprise. We could've hire a Jr. High coach to meet yals expectations Wade was brought here to win and he will. Jones won 19 his first year with nothing Wade can surpass that.

Jones inherited a team that won 18 the year before and had actually received decent coaching. This team just finished a 10 win season and has been coached by Jones. Sorry if the expectations aren't going to be sky high for a team needing a culture change.

He had JOB a future NBA player, Coleman who was underrated and a great player for his size. Three competent guards in Hickey, Cartouche and Stringer. He had the famous Tuba to give him 10 minutes. The problem was the bench was weak. Nonetheless, he had far more than nothing.
