Bunchy I have a lil info from a good source within org. One, if deal is done, won't be 11 or 32. More than likely pick(s) in future draft. Two, saints view Butler as somewhat of a product of Pats D/Belicheck, similar to Cooks being somewhat a product of Saints O/ Brees. They view Butler as a high end, solid CB2 type and not some top 5-10 shutdown type corner. Certainly a guy they can use but they won't go too crazy in compensation Also said to watch pick 32 as possible trade bait for more picks on draft day (we kinda figured that anyways) Take it fwiw

Saints won't have a problem paying him the going rate for good CB. The CB2 thing wasn't a knock per se, just not that elite level type guy

Not sure. The guy I know isn't FO, more on the player eval side of things
