The main interior difference ascetically is the brushed aluminum accent pieces on the dash in the GMC. Chevy's are all plastic no matter what trim level. I also liked the red dash lighting and the stitching. It was a nice change from the normal blueish green. But I think the newer models went back to the same color. Also you can get bucket seats in the GMC without having leather and that is something you cant do with the Chevy.

As for the interior ride quality, you wont find a truck that rides as good and as quiet as these. I have friends with F150's and Tundras. The hwy driving does not compare.
