Has the police presence increased or decreased? Been over 5 years since I've been out in NOLA. Is it less police or just more shitheads?

Years past trouble was always there but seemed you had to look for it?

I haven't been in since 2015, but the police presence was much less then what I had seen in the past, especially for Halloween weekend
