Jindal didn't give a shite about this state and Governor was always a stepping stone to him for that beltway life in DC.

He spent that second term checking the boxes with half assed initiatives that look good on paper to get material to advertise for his bullshite presidential run to people who would never take the time to investigate his governorship.

Sweet justice was his bullshite presidential run being dead in the water before it started.
