Doesn't she at least have some game changer recruits coming in? And LSU probably doesn't want to fire 3 coaches in less than a year, right?

Nah, I think she was staying regardless.
I will say her salary was top 5 in the country 2 years ago so I'm sure it's at least still top 10. And she has come nowhere close to that production since she's been here. I'm o.k. with another year as she's given some hope with getting back to the tourney and improving recruiting, but IMHO no more steps back, and steady progress toward being a top 10 program again, or no contract renewal.
I will say her salary was top 5 in the country 2 years ago so I'm sure it's at least still top 10. And she has come nowhere close to that production since she's been here. I don't follow LSU WB unless they get deep into the tourney like when they had Siemone & Big Sil. I just keep hearing how Nikki makes a lot of money and underachieves big time. So I assumed her job wasn't safe.

It never was. She's up to 4th in the conference now but she was never close to top 5 in the country.

Hopefully he has the spine to stand up to Collis and Dale this time around. I'm sure they'll push Randy Livingston next. Trent was "ok" on paper (although anyone could see it was Montgomery that set him up at Stanford).

Dale & Collis got their moment and totally fricked it up. If Alleva lets either have any input whatsoever in the next coach, then I'd be for abolishing LSU basketball.
