I saw Jay Glazer mention on twitter that the drug screening is more of an intelligence test than a drug test in many ways.

The process is done to get information; "accidents" and strange occurrences might just be another tool of teams trying to find out what they might not in the interviews/drills.

That's why losing your cool in any of this is such a problem.

That's not an answer to how they piss them off.
