It's disgusting that Blair has to go to Starkville this weekend....

Trust me I know he would rather call baseball

Blair sucks at baseball. He doesn't call the game, he talks about it after the play. You hear the game in the background and he's not saying anything. Then he calmly tells you what happens.

That style works for some. Letting the moment breathe.

You need a fricking definition for "best"??

Calm down bitch, not a Blair fan

I do not like Chris Blair. I don't like his style at all.

Baseball is better than football but football is so bad, can't believe that was the best we could get

You'd rather have Hawthorne and him calling a ball a HR when in fact it just happened to be a shallow pop

I also prefer premeditation from my broadcasters.

Someone should tell JJ that

Why do you listen to so many games on radio?
Unless I just happen to be driving, radio is last resort. I haven't listened to a radio game in any sport in years.

Agreed, as long as LSU's lack of commitment to hoops continues it should extend to their broadcast network.
No sense in pretending there is any real commitment to the sport.

He won't be there long, if it's any consolation.

Well I mean... until the game is over. It's not the SEC tournament yet

Ugh. This basketball season is dragging on forever. I guess I should've realized they'd never host the tournament in Starkville though

Seriously, if there are any doubts in anyone's mind that changes are needed in the basketball program, this should end them. It's MARCH and I turn on the radio, hear the Tiger roar that starts the LSU sports radio broadcast then think, shite, it's just basketball. As much as I love baseball, when the Tigers are in contention to make the NCAA basketball tourney, they are the bigger deal in March. Now? Now it's just something that could potentially keep you from hearing the baseball broadcast.
