Wow, they teach this kind of stuff on blues clues. Why would you buy this?
You have Mode A POE (endspan) which is stupid because no one uses it.
Get normal equipment eg: Mode B (midspan).
802.3AF standards requires the endpoint to support Mode A or B.
I'm just busting you balls. This should have been super obvious on amazon to avoid confusion.
