is McCarthy actually had evidence against most of the people he accused.

I find it terrifying that people think it's justifiable to target citizens because of their ideological believes, whether they are terrible or not.

Think what you like, but when you are in positions of power that can subvert American minds and ideals, you need to be exposed for what you are and what you're doing, and THAT is exactly what they did. History has vindicated Senator McCarthy. That's a fact.

McCarthyism changed the dialogue.
socialism became a dirty word.
Nixon was trained up. Nixon was McCarthy's sidekick.

Thats why they changed it to "liberal", and then to "progressive". There's something to learn about that. If something is good and viable, why the need to change the name? It's like a criminal who needs to create alias once their dirty deeds become known.

History has vindicated Senator McCarthy.
Well at least we know you're a nanny stater with progressive ideals.

Hell, most people involved in this don't even remember 2015.
Although it’s too early to declare Trump’s political career over, the last few days resemble McCarthy’s descent in 1953 and 1954.

McCarthy was right. The Soviet Archives have confirmed this.
Communist infiltration of America is what led us to the Obama years.

American needs to know who and what they are dealing with. Subversion from a people who learned valuable lessons in how to affectively spread propaganda from their dealings in WWII are a very serious threat to this country, and it's proven itself that by the people in this country today who've been fed a constant diet of that drivel their entire lives from Holllywood, and the Media especially. People like that hide behind veils of entertainment and news to appear innocuous, and so must have their curtain removed so that people understand what is going on. Nobody is going to prison unless they broke the law, but if you want to me to cry for those people brought before congress, then you've got another thing coming. I celebrate him, because he spoke the truth, and history since then has proven him dead on.

But it's good to know who doesn't hold the Constitution as the Supreme law of the land.

I was born in 61',so I know about what went on then about like you do.
We've been told growing up,through School that Russia is the Bad Guy.
We're good.They're bad.
It seems to still be something with some weight to it.
And,I see what the Democrats are doing as borderline Treason. They're only using the "Russia" narrative because it seems to still get a rise out of a lot of folks.jmo
