The new one in New Orleans is nice. I've only been once so I only have a single data point regarding the service, but it was a good experience.

Why are there VA hospitals?? Seriously if I was President Trump I'd make an executive order today eliminating all VA hospitals within 6 months, and give every veteran the right to go to whatever hospital or doctor they want to go to. Give them the same medical insurance as members of congress or better.
